- If your wig is new or worn and needs prep from scratch, drop it off at least 3 days before your visit. A wig that is ready to fit can come on the day.
- Allow 3–4 working days for wig wash & treatment.
- Come with clean hair in cornrows.
- Bring cash for your studio hair balance.
Hair deposit
Pay by bank transfer. Send proof on WhatsApp. Kelley checks that the money arrived, then approves the request. An unpaid request can be released after 24 hours.
Wig care is paid in full at drop-off. Travel is separate. Wedding balances are due the night before.
When should I bring my wig?+
If your wig is new or worn and needs prep from scratch, drop it off at least 3 days before your visit. A wig that is ready to fit can come on the day. Wash and treatment takes 3–4 working days. Pay wig care in full at drop-off. For prep on the day, ask Kelley first.
What do I need on the day?+
Bring your own wig. Come with clean hair in cornrows. Kelley does not do cornrows or take wigs off your head. Studio hair balances are paid in cash at the visit. Wedding balances are due the night before.
What if I am late?+
From 15 minutes late, R50 is added. More than 30 minutes late, the visit is cancelled. If the full style no longer fits, Kelley may only be able to do a basic install.
Can I change my day?+
Contact Kelley at least a day before your visit. A deposit does not move to a new day on its own. Ask Kelley about refunds before you pay.
Can I plan a January visit?+
Prices will increase from 1 January 2027. January deposits are not being taken yet. Ask Kelley for a fresh price.
Where do my details go?+
Your price plan stays in your browser. Your PDF is made in your browser. Cal.com collects your details when you request a time. Payments are arranged with Kelley. No ID is uploaded here.
